Administration Assistant in Finance Department
2 days East Grinstead 3 days Crowborough
FTC - 6 Months
Free Parking / Free Lunch Daily
£22k (FTE)
Monday - Friday - 5 or 8am - 4pmRESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES**- Assist with the daily processing of the sale ledger
- Assist with the daily processing of the purchase ledger
- Assist with the maintenance of the invoice approval system.
- Investigate and respond to customer and supplier queries.
- Liaise with other departments where the exchange of information is necessary from time to time
- Undertake general office duties in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Office.
Key Accountabilities:
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by senior staff.
- To ensure that confidential information is not disclosed
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting/business office environment
Skills
- Good computing skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Good telephone manner
- Knowledge
- An understanding of Accounting systems
- Works well under pressure
- Flexible approach
