Administration Assistant in Finance Department

2 days East Grinstead 3 days Crowborough

FTC - 6 Months

Free Parking / Free Lunch Daily

£22k (FTE)

Monday - Friday - 5 or 8am - 4pmRESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES**- Assist with the daily processing of the sale ledger

  • Assist with the daily processing of the purchase ledger
  • Assist with the maintenance of the invoice approval system.
  • Investigate and respond to customer and supplier queries.
  • Liaise with other departments where the exchange of information is necessary from time to time
  • Undertake general office duties in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Office.

Key Accountabilities:


  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by senior staff.
  • To ensure that confidential information is not disclosed

Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting/business office environment

  • Good computing skills
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge
  • An understanding of Accounting systems
  • Works well under pressure
  • Flexible approach
