M&A Carpentry UK Ltd is seeking a
Supervisor for our
London location.

Position Summary:

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the work of the Supervisor and other workers. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing the work schedule and personnel.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean job site, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations, and maintaining a positive attitude towards the job site.

Essential Duties:

Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a high quality of workmanship.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure that proper tools are available to the supervisor.
Ensure that proper equipment is available to the job site.

Maintain a clean job site at all times according to company standards and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain a positive attitude towards fellow employees, subcontractors, customers, and management at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or manager as needed or requested by the Supervisor or supervisor as appropriate.
