Planned Reactive Proactive maintenance including Fault Finding Calibration Testing Investigation Programming on such equipment sets as Telemetry Systems Instrumentation Flowmeters Level transmitters Pressure transducers Temperature probes etc... Analysers Turbidity etc... MCC LVA Low Voltage Assemblies with PLC Control Control Networks MCC/LVA components PID controllers Dosing Equipment Automation PLCs HMIs SCADA systems + More Implement complex process improvements diagnose control system faults on PLC types such as Rockwell Mitsubishi range of package plant PLC's HMI SCADA system backups modifications Setup maintenance site control networks Ethernet DH+ Profibus Profinet RS232 etc managed switch configuration Conduct planned maintenance calibrate instrumentation to Southern Water standards ensure reliability accuracy Respond faults alarms guided by Regional Control Centre Undertake investigative work instruments process issues fresh water plants identifying faults implementing remedial action Calibration fresh water equipment external national standards HACCP MCerts Complete documentation accurately timely manner maintain internal change control standards Implement system modifications Operational Team requests help improve process control compliance Gather evidence Root Cause Analysis implement changes required Coach train team members develop their skills Travel multiple sites company van provided
