We are looking for a positive energy HR Admin Assistant who is an exceptional administrator, multi-tasker, with a great attention to detail who can support our UK Human Resources team.
You will:
- Creating, maintaining & managing various manual and computerised Human Resources records/data. Supporting with the ongoing digitalisation of HR files. Annual archives of files in line with GDPR
- Ensuring that all Employee Right to Work Documentation is up to date
- Managing the administration, membership, reporting, individual case issues and employee queries in relation to Company Pension, private healthcare, Insurance Schemes, Childcare vouchers and eye care vouchers.
Essential needs:
- Possess strong IT skills;Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database management
- Have great administrative skills, gained working in a fast paced environment, real attention to detail, be highly organised and accountable
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
