Key responsibilities

Working with Business Leaders and SMEs to help deliver their multi-year technology strategic roadmaps.

- Engaging with the business to understand, shape and define the requirements that get delivered via the program of CRM Technology projects.

- Actively working on an assigned portfolio of projects. - Engages with Technology Partner Organisations to ensure prioritised delivery. - Supports the successful transition of new capabilities deployed by CRM Technology programmes and projects to BAU support. - Provides BAU support of CRM Technology capabilities for our global user community.

- Works within the defined governance on platform resiliency and stability with a focus on driving down technical debt and capabilities reuse across divisions.

- Ensures Technology Partner Organisations' development follows a clicks not code approach to fixes and enhancements.

  • Contributes to regular CRM Technology 'Trailblazers' user groups with support from CRM Technology experts, Technology Partner Organisations and Industry experts.

Critical deliverables:


Responsible for adhering to best practice development principles and supports the complex regulatory landscape in which our end users operate by adhering to appropriate governance and security controls.


Impact:


Role impacts all divisional users of CRM Technology and downstream systems reliant on Customer Data - 10k users across Capital Markets, Post Trade and Data & Analytics.

The role actively participates in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and specification, user acceptance testing and training.


Key KPIs:

  • Reduction of design defects and service cases through RCA, and lessons learnt activities.
  • Successful project to service transition.
  • Data Governance compliance.
  • Regulatory compliance.
Technical / job functional knowledge

  • Proven track record of contributing to large scale Service capabilities and ongoing support.
  • Experience of working with partners and Capability Specialists operating in a highly complex ecosystem.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM practices and Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities with other Salesforce Clouds an advantage.
Business and sector expertise

  • Expertise in CRM Technology service delivery across Financial Services organisations.
  • History of developing operational working relationships with key technology suppliers.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging and working with key business stakeholders.

Personal skills and capabilities:

  • Proven experience of interacting effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly.
  • Ability to influence across multiple functions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure particularly during an incident.
  • A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset.
  • Frequently keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology innovations.
  • Flexible in approach, adapting to help manage risks around ambiguity.
  • Problem solver with strong intuition for business and wellversed in current technological trends and business concepts.
