Job Profile:

The group's mission is to lead the change to provide customers with the most advanced flying services and the very best value, anytime, anywhere around the world.

We are currently looking for an AML Officer, to ensure business compliance with AML regulations, and reduce risks of illegal transactions, whilst preventing money laundering events.

Your Responsibilities:

Work within Finance function to build processes to support ongoing AML and KYC review of existing customer base;
Develop AML framework to monitor existing transaction;
Drive incorporation of AML guidance within TMSs, and work with Tech to enhance firmwide infrastructure;
Coordinate closely with Compliance, to ensure a consistent risk appetite when onboarding new and monitoring existing clients;
Create a framework and policies to ensure clear risk framework to define frequency and depth of periodic KYC review;
Provide training and guidance to existing Finance team on managing;
Develop archive system to retain performed reviews and any points for further investigation during the next review.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

57 experience in creating a framework for AML and KYC reviews within a global organisation;
Working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance and controls;
Selfmotivated and driven to create and evolve new workflows
Excellent research and communication skills;
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask;
Strong organizational, complex problem resolution and initiative;
Sound judgment, keen sense of urgency, and high level of professional and personal integrity;
Strong familiarity with technology, including sales force, third party screening software and a basic understanding of software process;
Possibility of occasional travel;
IT or project management expertise is preferred.
