Business Improvement Digital Analyst - Mercer - Remote / Homeworker**
Note: This role can be based anywhere in the UK


The BI Digital Analyst is responsible for helping to deliver effective digital solutions for operational and propositional excellence supporting capacity generation and enabling improved customer experience.


The Business Process Review Coordinator will support the development of digital solutions in line with the Wealth Administration Operational strategy and proposition in this fast-paced environment.

This will involve undertaking reviews, analysis and evaluating business systems and processes alongside business needs, documenting requirements, defining project objectives, formulating solutions, and maintaining best practice controls to match the overall business strategies.

We will rely on you to:

  • Testing of product upgrades prior to releases
  • Building solutions using low code production capabilities
  • Support the team on various projects, implementing process changes and improvements
  • Create and maintain solutions that ensure all activities are undertaken correctly and efficiently and are aligned across business platforms where possible
  • Communicate change through various mediums to internal colleagues
  • Recommend solutions to problems encountered
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of our administration agree with standards and statutory requirements
  • Promote the benefits of Digital to internal stakeholders

What you need to have:


  • A natural problem solver
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel.
  • Well established, accurate, written, verbal and interpersonal skills and able to interact and communicate with the product development teams and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Self-Motivation with the ability to drive Change & Improvement
