Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded full-service law firm based in Wakefield, working as part of their commercial property team you will be responsible for managing Plot Sales cases from instruction to completion.

This role would suitif you are an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to make a move in to managing your own caseload or if you already experienced in managing plot sales cases.


Dealing primarily with developers new build sales and part exchange purchase and re-sales but from time to time to assist the Team with some residential conveyancing matters including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.

Would suit those lookingto take the next step up from Assistant to Fee Earner.

Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own caseload working cohesively within a team as well as being able to work with minimum supervision.

The successful applicant will assist with business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. The opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactivein helping develop new business for the firm
