FORECASTING AND PLANNING MANAGER

Birmingham (Hybrid working)

£50,000 - £65,000


I am looking for an experienced and talented Forecasting and Planning Manager for an award-winning Financial Services organisation in Birmingham.

As the Forecasting and Planning Manager you will lead a small team of planners support the business' front andback office operational teams.


I am looking for a people-focused leader, with proven experience leading technical/professional teams in both Contact Centre and back-office teams with a solid background in forecasting and planning.

You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencingskills as this position will have lots of visibility across the organisations and cross-functional teams.

Experience with data and MI is also essential here.

There is a great working culture and central Birmingham office.

This role follows a hybrid working pattern with a few days a week within the office and the rest from home.
