Our team of experienced specialists provide accountancy, tax, audit and insurance, to owner-managed companies, corporate operations and private individuals.


You will have the ability to process multiple payrolls so being able to prioritise is a must, along with a high attention to detail.

The department processes high volumes of payrolls for a varying number of clients, so being able to remain calm under pressure is key.


What you'll do:


  • Prepare weekly and monthly payroll runs under the supervision of the Payroll Manager
  • Collate information from clients in various forms as well as doing client online banking
  • Process advised changes including tax code, bonuses, pay rates all by agreed cut off dates
  • Deal with enquiries from clients, their employees, and relevant authorities
  • Administer pension autoenrolment
  • Calculate holiday pay, SMP, SSP, SPP
  • Process starters and leavers
  • Load BACS payments
  • End of month and year end submissions
  • Completion of P45 and P60s
  • Process all reports including the submission to HMRC
  • Issue payslips to employees and a breakdown summary to each client
