Description
Professional agile coach familiar with SAFe.

The person should be able to oversee multiple projects (3-6) on different level of agile adaptation. He/she helps the project members to understand agile methodologies, and able to adopt it to the team needs.


Great communication skills is a must, as he has to liaise not only with the IT organization but also the business organization.


He has to be able to communicate not only with the team members and hands on topics but also has to be able to share vision strategy with ED level persons.

Understanding German is important, speaking it an advantage.

It is not a short term consultancy position but a longer term 2-3 years position.
