We are now on the lookout for a open-minded, flexible and reliable individual with a good sense of humour to join our dynamic team and join us on a permanent basis as a
Support Practitioner.


The Role
As a Support Practitioner, you will provide personalised, flexible support based upon the assessed needs of each individual.

With a focus on reducing social isolation, maintaining and promoting independence, you will enable the people we support to live as independently as possible and to play an active role within their local communities.

This role will also include supporting with hobbies, meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments, personal care and medication, handling daily finances and accessing community activities.


The people we support enjoy various activities including walking, going for drives, watching films and musicals along with listening to music.


As many have their own mobility car it is essential you hold a full, UK driving licence.

What we need you to bring;

  • Good communication skills
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Pattern


We provide flexible, customer-led services that run twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, which include mornings, afternoons, evenings, waking nights, weekends and public holidays and on a rota basis.
