Cover Crew Ltd are currently recruiting for a Rental Tools Coordinator for their Aberdeen based client.

Duties:
Receive incoming enquiries from clients and review. Acknowledge receipt of enquiries to the client and maintain communication with the client at all times.

Maintain an understanding of the different client contracts and technical requirements.

Communicate the client requirements internally and to 3rd party contractors and assign tools as required.

Highlight any shortfalls in the company inventory to the Rentals Supervisor and establish and agree a plan to fulfil any shortfalls.

Record costs associated with with sub-rental, manufacture, purchase and highlight any which exceed contract pricing or have a negative impact on profitability.

Raise the rental purchase requisitions and manage the delivery and certification.

Complete contract/enquiry review and ensure a clear fulfilment plan is established.

Produce cost estimate for the job and send to client.

Complete certification review to ensure goods meet client requirements.

Upon the return of the tool package ensure any sub-rental items are off hired immediately.

Ensure post rental receipt and inspection work are carried within the contracts timelines and notify client if any damage.

Liaise with client on any post rental repairs that may need to be reimbursed to the company.

Requirements:
Apprenticeship in an engineering environment ideally support by good practical experience.

Experience of working in an oil related rental environment.

Experience of rental systems, managing inventory and maintenance processes.

Knowledge of drilling tools, BHA components and the appropriate standards API, DS-1, NS-1.
