The opportunity:


We are looking for a senior surveyor to work within a growing property team, working alongside the national head of property and associate director.

This role will be focused around dealing with commercial property agencies, advising clients on the Freeholdand Leasehold Disposals, Acquisitions and Investments on a national basis, across a variety of property sectors and clients.


Key tasks include:


  • Building a sustainable pipeline of property services projects with a focus on agency
  • Grow and develop the investment and development advisory sector
  • Manage agency instructions for a range of clients on a national basis
  • Manage the property transaction process from start to finish working to meet the client's objectives.
  • Instruct and manage external solicitors, planners and third parties where appropriate
  • Building relationships internally across the business, improving awareness of the range and breadth of services the team can offer to our existing clients
  • Building the reputation of the property team externally
  • Providing a range of services in line with the Property Services team offering

What are we looking for in a member of the team?

  • Ideally Qualified MRICS (but not essential)
  • Have a good working knowledge of property law and relevant regulations
  • Good practical experience in delivering property services
  • Established reputation and profile in the Property market
  • Ambitious & Committed attitude
  • Comfortable with developing new business opportunities
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hold a full driving licence and be comfortable driving to client sites
