This is a new opportunity for an experienced Selection Manager to join the Rise programme.

The Senior Selection Manager will be based in Oxford and will sit within the Rise Selection Team reporting to the Director of Selection for Rise at the Rhodes Trust.

The Role


The Senior Selection Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of the first rounds of Rise final selections and will report to the Director of Selection for Rise at Rhodes Trust.

The role will involve coordinating and scheduling selectionevents, leveraging partnerships and liaising with a global base of Selectors, Finalists and Finalists' families.

This role will require a close working relationship with the Rise team based in the United States and Europe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy for onboarding, conducting due diligence and managing Finalists throughout the final stages of the selection process
  • Support the development of the online selection process for the 500 finalists, including external research and benchmarking of other selection programs and facilitating focus group discussions with selectors, Rise applicants and industry experts
  • Manage all aspects of the final assessment days
