Performance & Insight Lead - London, United Kingdom - Vodafone
Description
What you'll do:
- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data from various sources to derive actionable insights and report as part of our annual reporting to shareholders
- Establish and implement data governance to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulation across our multimarket footprint
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for V-Hub that aligns with our strategic business objectives, commercial ambitions and growth goals across the team
- Create and maintain a Global Insight dashboard, relevant reporting frameworks, and visualisations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data excellence and collaboration; identifying relevant additional resources (data engineers, data scientists etc) as required to deliver as the team and the product evolved
- Define and oversee the data architecture and infrastructure required to support data collection, storage, and processing needs, working with relevant stakeholders to source and implement as required
- Work with Digital Product team to design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify opportunities for product improvement and user engagement as per the target service experience
- Work closely with the wider V-Hub team, technology, architects, OpCos and other teams to identify data needs and provide insights that drive product development
- Collaborate with the wider team to support, design and analyse A/B tests to optimize service and product features and user experience
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and technology to continually improve our data processes
- Data strategy and requirements across the V-Hub experience
- Accuracy and reliability of V-Hub data for annual reporting and performance insight across the team, including ownership and management of the biannual audit process
- Reporting and presentation of data in useful and valuable formats in context of business and commercial objectives
Who you are:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modelling
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management experience, stakeholder management and communication skills
