As part of the continuous growth of the business, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as our Marketing Executive, to work alongside our Sales & Marketing department and wider team to promote our very own company.


You'll be working in an expanding department to effectively produce marketing activities to showcase the breadth and depth of what we can offer to prospective customers.

This role demands exceptional organisation, communication skills and a solid understanding of key marketing principles.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives off a challenge and is eager to contribute to our company goals.

You don't have to have all the answers or years of experience in completing everything in this job description.

  • Full time role in our Peterborough based office, with opportunity for hybrid working._

Objectives of This Role

  • Contribution to our marketing strategies across our business
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table and putting them into action
  • Creation of content and promotional material in various formats
  • Creation and editing of video content
  • Creation of social media schedule and posts in various formats/social channels
  • Creation of case studies and portfolio content
  • Website page design and content alterations
  • Overall CRM governance, contact/data management and team training
  • Outreach to customers to help generate additional company reviews
  • Building and cleaning data lists for Sales prospecting team
  • Working alongside the Websites & Digital Marketing team to push forward various mediums (Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC, CRO, Design & Development)
  • Diarising new business & regular client surveys
  • Assisting in various networking tasks
  • Assisting in organising socials/team events
  • Assisting in organising our weekly all hands meeting

  • Someone with a good understanding of key marketing principles
  • A positive individual who always strives to be better and deliver results
  • Ability to work in an agency environment, progressing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A team player who is happy to take responsibility for set tasks, whilst collaborating with the wider team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop great rapport with our various team members
