Admin Assistant - Cheltenham, United Kingdom - Click Intelligence Ltd
Description
Role responsibilities will involve:
- General Office Administrative duties, to include data entry, issuing of content to our Contractors and support to the accounts and admin manager.
- Finance Admin duties, to include; invoice chasing, rectifying any invoice issues, reconciliation of PayPal payments and making paypal payments.
- Updating Google sheets and Google Docs, ensuring the back office filing is up to date and accurate
- Management of master outlook account
Attributes for the role:
- A quick learner with a drive to learn and progress
- Ability to multitask and create processes where needed
- Strong communication skills
- Previous accounts experience would be desirable but not essential
- Team player but also selfmotivated to work on their own
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, outlook, Google sheets and Google docs.
