Hours:
Nights 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times Ferrars Hall Care Home in Huntingdon provides residential and specialist dementia care in luxurious & beautiful surroundings.
The amazing staff led by Susan the Manager provide a safe, supportive & sociable environment for the residents to live in.

Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping our residents with personal support and care
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding
Interacting with our residents on a personal level
Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met

Be no stranger to working night shiftsAble to engage well with the residents and their families
Have good written & verbal communication skills
Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
