Sykes Capital are a property investment company based in Reading. Our portfolio spans a mix of residential and commercial properties which we manage in house.Part of the management team consists of our in house maintenance team who carry out routine and reactive maintenance on our portfolio.
We are looking for a painter / decorator to form part of this team, carrying out works such as making good, void period re-decorations, full re-decorations of new properties, external work etc.

Up to £27,500.00 per year
