Excellent Hourly Rate:
£10.50 to £12.50 per hour (dependent upon experience) plus overtime at £18.00 per hour

OTE £30,000 to £35,000 per year

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6.30am to 5.00pm Fridays 6.30am to 3.30pm (Weekend overtime available)

Due to continued expansion, 5 x genuine opportunities have arisen for the positions in vehicle fabrication, parts manufacturing, auto electrical & basic joinery works

We are a local, long established family run business that specialises in manufacturing a range of class leading, specialist commercial vehicles throughout the UK.

Our modern office, showroom, workshops & production line is located just 5 miles from Lincoln City Centre. We have very smart clean working conditions for our teams.

It is essential that you will be able to hit the ground running having at least 3 years basic semi-skilled construction/production or assembly experience, qualifications are not essential but high quality neat workmanship & care is.

We have strong, close knit, committed, professional teams. If you are not committed, have a poor attendance and time keeping record then this is not the job for you.

Your role will include:

Prepare & fit components to vehicle body conversions

Semi-skilled basic Joinery/fabrication or auto electrical wiring works

Operating machinery/tools in accordance with the instructions (air tools, hand tools, grinders, saws etc)

Key skills:

You must be conscientious & work to high standards checking your work as you go

Be confident using a range of hand tools, machinery and equipment

Have accurate measuring skills

Adhere to Health & Safety rules at all times

Maintain a clean tidy working area

Have very good time management skills

A positive attitude to work & team members

You will need to:

To be punctual and start work on time with no excuses

Be hard working, honest and committed

Wear the uniform provided, to maintain it, and have a smart personal appearance

Follow all health and safety rules

The package we're offering:

Excellent Hourly Rate:
£10.50 to £12.50 per hour (dependent upon experience) plus overtime at £18.00 per hour

Skilled joiner or fabricator upto £13.00 per hour

OTE £30,000 to £35,000 per year
Working Hours are Monday-Thursday 6.30am to 5.00pm Fridays 6.30am to 3.30pm (Overtime available)
