Contracts Administrator:
- Permanent (Part or Full time)
Salary:
£25k-£30k Per Annum
Our client based in
Colchester (Earls Colne) are seeking a
Contracts Administrator to join their team on a
Permanent basis.
The successful individual will be joining the busy commercial department where you will be handling the orders, pricing & dealing with queries.
Duties:
- Inputting and updating of order details onto the system
- Reconciling and archiving completed job files
- Checking terms and conditions of customer orders
- Arranging signature and return of orders
- Quoting, negotiating and agreeing variation orders with customers
- Document management andgeneral administration
Experience Required:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Selfmotivated, methodical approach with focus on customer service
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Attention to detail

Hours:
