Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual? Would you like to work in a fast paced and innovative environment?

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to work in close partnership with the Business Support Team to provide an efficient executive support service and personal assistant service to the Trust's Chief Executive Officer.

You will be the first point of contact for the CEO, providing a comprehensive executive support service, manage diary engagements and assist in managing the annual cycle of engagements.

Strong organisational skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will work collaboratively within a focused, pro-active team which provides extensive and wide-ranging support to our Academies and the Central Team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a varied environment.

Wellspring is a values-driven Multi-Academy Trust which is committed to innovation and educational excellence by empowering the Academies within the Trust to 'make a difference' to the pupils we serve.

Wellspring operates a community of nearly thirty schools in Yorkshire and Greater Lincolnshire. It is an exciting time for Wellspring with several pipeline academies and three new build Free Schools in development.

The continuing growth of the Trust offers exciting pathways for ambitious and dynamic individuals who are determined to make a difference.

Wellspring Academy Trust recognises that it has a statutory and moral duty towards safeguarding the welfare of children, young people and, if appropriate, vulnerable adults who participate in any Trust activities and expects all staff to share this commitment.

An Enhanced DBS is required for this post. References will be taken up prior to interview.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 2nd February 2023.
