We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator based in Burneside Mill in Kendal. This is initially a full time, 6 or 9 month fixed term contract.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Inputting UK and Export orders in compliance with set procedural standards
  • Processing Export orders and arranging despatch within company systems
  • Assisting with the provision of customer samples including follow up
  • General administration including filing, archiving and telephony
  • Providing cover in the Customer Service department as required
  • Previous administration experience required within a dynamic office commercial environment
  • Ideally up to 2 years.
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience of customer facing interaction via telephone or face to face
  • Computer literacy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
