We are recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a growing Technical and Engineering recruitment company in Leicester.

This company believe in giving back to their employees, which is why you'll only work half days on Fridays

Duties and responsibilities:

  • 360 recruitment
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
  • Client negotiations
  • Business development
  • Using a CRM system to track all notes in line with GDPR
  • Telephone screening
  • Interviewing
  • CV coaching
  • Experience within recruitment
  • Tech or Engineering experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
