The Role
Home-based, the Façade Designer will work in partnership with the company's field-based technical sales team and the office-based technical team in delivering accurate product specifications for key specifiers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and coordination of highperformance Cladding, Façade and Building Envelope systems
- Produce highquality 2D and 3D detailed drawings
- Develop bespoke façade systems contributing to design optimisation
- Work closely with internal technical and specification sales teams
- Manage design and specification meetings with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Liaise with key specifiers such as Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors
Key requirements include:
- Experience in a Façade Designer capacity
- A technical, design or constructionrelated qualification is desirable
- A quality focused Designer with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator, confident in customerfacing environments
- A team player, able to integrate with teams internally
