Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Culture and Benefits:

£40k OTE year 1 / £75k OTE year 2 / £100k year

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - the Job:

Completing business development with new clients and helping fill their vacant positions. Understanding their requirements and building strong relationships.
Giving a consultative approach and professional advice on the market and managing expectations, using sales tactics to get deals over the line

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements:

2:1 degree from a top 30 university / Russell Group university
Sales experience very desirable (estate agency, door2door, telesales, B2B, car sales etc)
Social, confident and outgoing personality that has strong communication skills
Money motivated, ready to throw yourself into a sales career and use a strong work ethic to exceed.
Preferred have competed in sports up to a high level / standard.
