About Our Client:

Our client is a large, respected organisation based in Oxford.

They are looking for a new permanent Finance Administrator to join their Finance team and be responsible for Finance and administration.

They have parking on site and offer hybrid working.


Finance Administrator responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the financial systems and databases.
  • Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments.
  • Raise PO's
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Support with travel bookings
  • Purchase of office stationery

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Experience within a similar Finance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • An ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
