Description

Nestled in the heart of Golborne, our client is an industry-leading provider of frozen poultry products and they are looking for Hygiene operatives to work in the Golborne area.

Working hours will be 21:00-06:00 - Monday to Friday with regular overtime available on Saturdays.

Hourly rate is paid at £12.50 per hour

28 days holidays per year (working bank holidays)

Key tasks_

Responsible for hygiene standards and house keeping with in the production areas.
Ensuring expected standards are always maintained. This should be monitored through the environmental swabbing results, QA hygiene checks and chemical titration results.
Complete tasks as per Manager or Supervisor instructions
Identify and report unsafe operations to immediately.
Ensure all cleaning operations are performed to the required standards
Ensure the chemical levels are within the acceptable limits.
Be responsible for reporting of any incidents or damages related to fabrication or machinery.
Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained within the Factory and surrounding areas.
Maintain own personal hygiene and dress code.
Follow the company hygiene and dress code procedures.
Work inaccordance with Health and Safety Act.
Maintain department/ site hygiene standards
Maintain quality standards and report discrepancies
To always promote the company's image.
Work within a team to promote and implement continuous improvement.
Provide additional warehousing where required and requested.
