• Advising prospects and customers on Master Lock products, services and sales terms (distributors, End Users) in liaison with internal services (customer service, logistics, Marketing, Finance )
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers (secretarial work, agenda & expenses management ). Providing support to the Sales Director and Key Account Managers (Administrative work to include PowerPoint presentations, updating cost and promotional price lists, arranging samples.
• Trade Show participation
• Preparatory accounting and managing incoming invoices
• Handling of guarantee claims and other end consumer matters
• General commercial and organizational duties
• Managing office administration, including the carpool, insurance, office management, furniture

• At least 45 years of prior experiences in an administrative position and office management
• An appetence for administrative tasks and versatile position
• Must be competent in all manners of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word etc)
• Team player
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Autonomous
