This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to join our Revenue team as a Revenue Coordinator. This is a group support role for our growing and award-winning hospitality group with thirteen luxury all-apartment Residences based in London, Edinburgh and Dubai

As Revenue Coordinator you will be part of the group Revenue team and you will work very closely with the group reservation function and the operation teams based at residence.

You will have a good understanding of the hospitality market and reservations so that you can contribute to making positive commercial decisions.

You will have experienced a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and have the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions.

You will have experience in revenue, reservations or distribution role within a luxury hotel or apartments and you will have substantial administrative experience.

This is a one year fixed term contract and an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to specialise in Revenue and to understand more about the Revenue function.

**As Revenue Coordinator, some of your duties will include
- *

To compile and produce revenue reports used in commercial and revenue meetings
To ensure that rates are updated across all channels for Cheval
To update pricing dynamically and complete rate audits on various channels
To coordinate promotional activity in order to maximise revenue
You will become an expert on PMS and other key systems
To manage Third Party OTA extranet accounts
To complete GDS rate loadings

Have experience in a revenue, reservations or distribution role in a luxury hospitality environment
Have an intermediate understanding of revenue theory
Are analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Possess strong communication skills at all levels
Have great organisation skills
Have excellent attention for detail particularly with numbers
Take pride in what you do
Have a positive attitude in everything you do
