Job Description:

Role - Stores Assistant.

This role is responsible for ensuring that goods received into or sent out from CJR Propulsion are in good condition and correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stocks/records are held and customer deliveries are despatched correctly first time.

Responsibility Activity Description

Receive goods into the company using CJR's internal enterprise resource
Goods In management software. Aide with material delivery and ensure goods received are in good condition and to expectation.

Ensure that customer orders are boxed and despatched accurately. Load these orders onto the relevant vehicles in a safe and responsible manner in order to

Goods Out ensure that deliveries are made to the customer correctly. Ensure consumable parts are up to date on the system.

Pallet and Crate Cut, assemble and build bespoke crates for shipping and pack product onto pallets
Making for collections.

Ensure the stores remain in a clean and safe working condition and store goods in
Store Keeping the right location in order to maximise sales, minimising waste where possible

Operate forklift trucks for loading and unloading goods and storing in racking following operator safety checks and correct operation to ensure all goods are

Forklift Operation stored correctly and safely. Undertake any training required that relates to forklift driving and product lifting.

Deliver product using company vehicles between CJR units when required, CJR have
Truck Operation multiple hangar units with 500 meters of each other.

Most products will need to be safely lifted onto the cutting table using cranes or
Crane Operation hoists.

Maintain the warehouse and site to a safe and clean standard to ensure ease of

Housekeeping availability of stock, keep the site clean and tidy to ensure safe working practices and to allow the site to function efficiently and comply with safety legislation.

Health & Safety Must adhere to company risk assessments and health and safety polices at all times.

There may be times where the wider production team require assistance, this will
General be on an as needed basis. You will be required to maintain a timely and consistent
Production attendance record.
