Our client a leading Swiss manufacturer in watches and jewellery are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Stock Controller to join their successful team.
Paying £33,000 with £1,000 bonusMUST be able to travel to Royal Docks London 5 days a week

Key Tasks:Stock Control
- Yearend stock counts for all UK & Ireland Stock Excluding Retail Stores.
- Monthly stock counts for all brands for stock held in Logistics dept. Investigating and resolving any stock differences and reporting to Logistics Manager.
- Ireland retail reconciliation
- Investigation of stock differences
- Europa differences.
- Monthly stock holding reports.
- Stock counts reporting
- TAM's stock checks carry out frequent stock checks with all Brands.
- Processing of adjustments:
- TAM's stock check (once authorised).
- Main stock check adjustments (once authorised).
- PR marketing programmes writeoffs and stock ordering.
- Customer service warranty writeoffs.
- Loss or stolen writeoffs.
- Any other ad hoc writeoffs.
- Leavers sample stock checks
- Retail store returns for Omega.
- Loan watches for staff
- Bookingin PR shipments (Exclusive of Prestige).
- Carnet management (Exclusive of Prestige).
- Responsible for the sample returns for the Territory Account Managers (TAM's).
- Receive and process TAM sample returns on system and prepare models for return to Switzerland, put models away in appropriate bins once processed on system.
- Over stock returns to Switzerland.
- Liaising with TAM's when queries arise with their samples.
- Liaising with various depts. on stock control issues, Controlling, Credit Control County Manager, CFO, Customer Service, Boutiques, Brand Managers, Marketing & PR teams within the Brands.
- SAP Key user.
- H.R.Net key user.
- Deputise for Logistics Manager in their absence.
- Maintain filing relating to above tasks.
- Any other task the management reasonably request.
Attributes
Logistics stock controller is a very busy fast passed position:
- Ability to liaise with all levels of staff in the business.
- Excellent stock control background.
- Proven stock investigation skills.
- Problem solving.
- Ability to multitask essential.
- SAP experience preferable.
