The Company:


  • The Company are a fast growing and exciting business working in hardware distribution that operates across the UK, and globally. They aim to continue their growth and deliver outstanding customer service. They are looking for someone who is experiencedin marketing and customer data analysis and is proficient in SQL with a background in marketing analytics & consumer research. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record of building and leading highperformance teams, with the responsibilityof the creation of automated surveys and evolving the design of the interactive dashboards influencing engagement across the business.

The Role:
As a Marketing Data Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Use customer data to identify which campaigns are most relevant to which customer groups.
  • Work with the marketing team to establish key metrics for measuring a campaign's performance both during the campaign period and after.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain marketing dashboards to deliver meaningful and consistent metrics of all campaign analyses to the relevant stakeholders and suppliers where necessary.
  • Design, develop and deploy reporting solutions to support colleagues in tracking customer experience and performance metrics.
  • You will specialise in understanding and using all aspects of the marketing analytics available and be able to give insightful and succinct recommendations for future campaign strategy.

You Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced in marketing data analysis and customer analysis.
  • Have a strong understanding of SQL.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of statistical modeling principles.
  • A good team player, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Experienced in maintaining and developing CX platforms and setting up surveys.
  • Have the ability to articulate key findings to different levels of the business.
