**Job Summary**:
Are you a proactive, collaborative and target-driven individual with experience of working with male adults in the criminal justice system, whether in the community or in prisons? Do you have a proven record of engaging successfully with vulnerable people and challenging people, for example people who have complex needs or people who are reluctant to discuss their needs?

If so, join St Giles Trust as our **Circles Co-ordinator**, where you will be providing support for adult males convicted of serious sexual offences, focusing on holistically addressing a range of personal wellbeing issues faced by service users referred by the Probation Service.

**About this key role**

Providing updates and reports and ensuring secure information sharing and accountability between St Giles, referring agencies and other partners are both important aspects of the role, as is representing the St Giles Wise partnership in all external meetings - including conferences, seminars, and other events.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working within male adults in the criminal justice system
- Experience of working with people that have had sexually harmful behaviours
- Experience in working with partner agencies, either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project
- Experience of undertaking risk and needs assessments.
- L3 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent
- Sound understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written
