Tradewind Recruitment are working with a primary school based in Tipton, Dudley, who are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to start in January 2023 on a permanent contract.

The children are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve endless possibilities.The key purpose of the Assistant Head Teacher role is:
- To ensure effective safeguarding procedures are implemented and compliant.**
- To provide leadership and management for the pastoral team, including Safeguarding Assistant,
Attendance Advisor and Parent Support Worker.
- To provide professional leadership and management for all aspects of inclusion.
- To lead and manage the school's provision for students with Special Educational Needs and/or
disabilities (SEND).
- To develop innovative processes and practices to ensure the highest possible standards for
students with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and in receipt of Pupil Premium
funding.
- To raise levels of achievement amongst students with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities
(SEND) and in receipt of Pupil Premium funding.
- To ensure that the school upholds its duties according to the SEND Code of Practice.
- To liaise with outside agencies to ensure appropriate provision is implemented for individuals
- Provide support and guidance for staff within school.
