Debt Management Co-ordinator Worthing/Hybrid £25,000 to £28,000
Are you confident speaking to customers on the phone and building strong relationships with key individuals? Do you have good Excel skills, including Vlookup's and pivot tables? And experience with debt management or accounts handling?

What will you be doing?

  • Managing account debt and cultivating relationships for a portfolio of customers.
  • Problemsolving, chasing outstanding balances, and payment reconciliation.
  • Generating and analysing excel reports and presenting them to key stakeholders.
  • Working with an inhouse CRM.
  • Developing and improving current systems and processes in order to improve workflow.

Who are we looking for?
Someone with.

  • Prior debt management, invoicing or accounts handling experience is essential.
  • Ability to utilise excel at an intermediate skill level.
  • Ability to perform Vlookup's and use pivot tables is essential.
  • Confidence and the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • You will be able to work both independently and as support for a wider team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
