Benefits

  • Salary £12,000 per annum, your salary will be reviewed upon completion of your apprenticeship program

  • Thu 7.40am to 4.15pm, Friday 7.40am 4pm
  • You will also receive both internal and external training to equip you for marketing Evolve's training and services.

What's Involved?

  • You will be providing support to the Business Development Director, picking up skills you will carry with you throughout your career. Working full time you will be supporting the with administrative duties, all while earning a Diploma in Digital Applications Support and your PC Passport.
  • Liaise with clients via Outlook and over the phone
  • Update the company website, calendar and rooms daily
  • Confer with the Accounts Department and Sales Manager to complete a quarterly spreadsheet via Excel for Archer
  • Complete booking forms, including receipt of purchase order numbers
  • Keep external training portals up to date e.g. Envico, CITB portal
  • Collect and organise training certificates and prepare refresher forms prior to courses along with sending course reminders
  • Register upcoming accredited courses
  • General administrative duties including covering annual leave
  • Assist in the kitchen if required
  • Attend weekly planning meeting to discuss activities for the forthcoming week
  • To understand your roles and responsibilities as defined by Evolve Training's integrated Management System, to abide by these and to highlight suggestions for improvement
  • Comply with the requirements set out in Evolve's handbook
