Position: Fabric Engineer

Based in the North West of England, we are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working with a team of multi-skilled engineers who cover planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites across the North West.

We are looking for someone with a commercial maintenance background, possessing experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, floor and ceiling tiles, decorating, patch plastering, and other duties. Basic water testing skills would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out fabric engineering tasks as part of a commercial maintenance team
Happy to travel across the North West region
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements

Commercial fabric engineering experience
Full UK driving license
Level 2 qualification in carpentry, plumbing, or similar trade
Strong teamwork and communication skills
