The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for providing case management support to Investigators through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relationsteam.


Key Responsibilities:


Responsibilities are likely to include:
- entering new cases on to the Employee Relations case management system & subsequently updating the same as the case progresses
- assisting with the first step of the investigation which is the preparation of investigation plans
- booking third parties to attend interviews for the purposes of providing notes of the same
- drafting and issuing invitations to investigation interview
- taking notes at investigative interviews, where necessary
- drafting basic questions for interviews, where appropriate
- uploading documentation onto OneNote and the case management system as the case progresses, as well as ensuring that all information and documentation is complete and uploaded at the conclusion of each case
- participating in project work as required


Competencies/Skills:


  • Ability to analyse, cross reference and draw conclusions from data
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 25 years relevant/similar experience
  • Experience in investigation support or related work is preferred but is not a requirement
