Permanent, Full Time (Working between 8am - 8pm shifts) - Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
Salary:

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Team Leader to join our Edinburgh office.
Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Team Leader will work alongside our current Operations Team Manager and be responsible for coordinating our team of Placement Coordinators within our call centre based environment.
This role will oversee the planning, and training of our team, ensuring that our placement teams are kept up to date with communication and changes.
Everyday you will
- Day to day management of the team, coordinating shifts/rotas, coordinating and embedding new starters into the team.
- Providing support to and working closely with our Operations Team Manager. and internal departments to deliver an exceptional service to our workers and clients.
- Monitor and support team in delivering performance and ensuring targets are met. Providing weekly/fortnightly 121's.
- Drive customer satisfaction by matching products and services to their personal needs. Spend time building a deep understanding of our customers personal and business requirements.
- Maintain and grow client database to maximise business opportunities.
