The Opportunity
We are looking for an Onsite Optimization Specialist to work in our QVC International business. Based in the UK you will work closely with the US Technical & IT teams.

You will report to the Manager, on-site optimization and work with the Senior Manager, Digital store and you will lead the conversion rate optimization (CRO), support with A/B testing by partnering with the AB Tester and ensure the platform health is optimized.

Your Impact

  • Highlight country website and apps improvements related to content, onpage SEO, CRO, and UX to improve customer experience and increase performance.
  • Manage a website optimization roadmap at a country level aligned with the QI one, including idea management, testing, optimization and reporting needs (with the support of web analyst)
  • Audit and analyze funnel metrics to address areas for growth in conversion rates.
  • React to business opportunities and challenges to maximize results.
  • Work with SEO manager to suggest changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the Optimization priorities.
  • Track and resolve website "bug" issues
  • Coordinate Onsite Optimization projects.
