Position
F&B kitchen assistant (breakfast shift)

Scope of Work
To maintain high standards within the F&B department as defined by the department's Operating Standards

To ensure guests' needs are met and exceeded in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.

Report To
F&B senior staff members

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen staff
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
Organize and restock ingredients and supplies
Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
£12.54 per hour
