About Our Client:

Page Personnel are currently working with a client who are leaders in the Technology & Telecoms industry.

They are looking to expand their Customer Service team with a Temporary Customer Service Advisor as they are experiencing growth.

This role offers great experience in a team with fantastic supportive culture in their high-tech modern office in the Centre of London.

The main responsibilities for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor:

  • You will be supporting the business by responding to customer queries and offering support.
  • Be the the first point of contact for customers, responding in an efficient time and manner.
  • Handle complaints and be able solve them.
  • Follow business protocols and processes.
  • Communicate with other departments in the business to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor:

  • Have experience in working towards KPIs.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous work experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Have available travel into London.
