In this exciting role you will join a large and well established PMO team supporting an account delivering vital operational change to a public sector customer.

You will ensure that the functional area of the PMO you work in meets its commitments to both external and internal customers and will report into the PMO Manger on the account.

The specialist support you will deliver will be focused on administration of Projects on our ERP system, ensuring that they are created correctly with accurate WBS structures, as well as procurement activities specifically for the account.


You will ultimately be part a team of around 1800 people whose main aim is to deliver a range of Services brilliantly to our customers and in so doing contributing to the realisation of business objectives for both Fujitsu and our Defence and National Security Customers.

The Fujitsu DNS Team deliver a range of Programmes, Projects and Services to the Ministry of Defence and other customers and one of our key goals is to deliver consistent high quality with passion.

Role description

  • Lead the Projects/Purchasing Team (Team of 3)
  • Shared mailbox administration and delegation of tasks to the team
  • Managing issues with ERP projects and tasks
  • Setting up and maintaining projects within our ERP system:
  • Creation of Work Breakdown Structures in SAP
  • Correct dates are included for projects and tasks
  • Ensure Project Managers and Finance Controllers and correctly added to facilitate approvals within the system
  • Manage Debit Memo Requests
  • Lead for new projects migration when contract is extended
  • Working closely with operational procurement teams to ensure purchasing activities meet account timescales
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions and resolving any prevailing issues to create a Purchase Order
  • Assist in resolving Purchase Order migration issues
  • Involvement in helping Project Managers with invoices and goods receipting
  • Working knowledge/experience of SAP oneERP
