About the role:


You will be working with and supporting a team of consultants in each branch to inspire them to achieve targets through coaching, training, and leading by example.

Contributing to the overall success of the company by securing new clients, growing existing accounts, improve working practices and processes, whilst upholding company standards, principles and policies and encouraging teamworking across the business.

Within the role you'll be tasked with the following:

  • Business development throughout the business
  • Coaching, training, and supporting a team of consultants
  • Working closely with our divisional director throughout our branches
Type of person required

  • The ideal person for this Recruitment Team Leader role will be highly motived and have relevant experience within Temporary Recruitment. Perhaps you are already a senior Consultant looking to make the next move and step up to a Team Leader role.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and recruitment CRM
  • A proven track record within the temporary driving and industrial sectors
  • The ability to motivate, coach, train, empower others and lead by example
  • A strong sales background with proven demonstrable experience

In addition, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Empathy and excellent customer service
  • A great work ethic and positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of temporary recruitment and current legislation.

The ideal person for the role will be:

  • Able to work to targets and tight deadlines
  • Flexible to carry out a variety of different tasks
  • Confident in your own ability to achieve success
  • Hold a current ILM Level 2 or 3 award or REC Level 3 in Recruitment Practice or equivalent qualifications, qualifications can be provided if you have the relevant team leading experience in recruitment.
