Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors warmly and offering prompt help.
• Signing in visitors to the building, ensuring they complete all necessary paperwork and directing them to the relevant person using the booking in system.
• Maintaining front door security.
• Accepting parcel deliveries and arranging collection from the relevant department, ensuring they are collected on the same day by the relevant department.
• Organising and maintaining the reception area to ensure it remains tidy at all times.
• Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Support with any administration requirements when needed.
• Report if bag searches are not carried out by the shift leaders at the end of shifts.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Report any Safety concerns.
• Follow all safe working procedures and site rules.
• Abide by the clean as you go policy

Job Types:

Salary:
£1,025.00-£1,500.00 per month
