As our EMEA expansion continues at pace, we are hiring a dedicated Total Rewards Manager to support the region, joining our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
BenefitsAssist in the design, implementation, communication, and administration of benefit programs including retirement plan(s)- Participate in the analysis of benefit programs, policies, and practices to ensure they are compliant, competitive, cost effective, and align with company philosophy and support business objectives- Act as liaison between the company, employees, and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues- Assist with various benefit surveys and provide insight on market trends and employee feedback to help us stay current- Foster relationships with 3rd party providers and ensure data exchanges are monitored and executed with accuracy and timeliness- Maintain benefits and absence in Workday- Manage the day-to day health and wellness programs and oversee enrolment activities


AbsenceCoordinate and conduct benefit and leave of absence program training for employees and managers- Develop processes and procedures for leave administration and educate HRBPs and managers on best practices to ensure compliance with applicable countries and jurisdictions across the EMEA region- Assist with the management of leave of absence for all EMEA locations


CompliancePartner with Global Benefits Team to ensure benefit plans meet regulatory compliance and governance/audit requirements; consults with legal resources and stays abreast of developing legislation and its potential impact- Partner with external vendors to conduct annual testing and plan audits to ensure government filings are timely prepared- Stay current on changing country and region compliance and HR policy changes and provides necessary updates, education, and process changes


M&APartner with Global Benefits Team to coordinate implementation and harmonisation of benefits to align with EMEA M&A strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a proven track record of implementing benefit programs and/or employee benefit administration across EMEA

Workday benefits experience

Knowledge of country/ regional benefits requirements across the EMEA region, including, all legislative and compliance requirements

Advanced knowledge of MSOffice

Ability to focus on and manage competing priorities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience of working collaboratively within a matrixed organization where multiple stakeholder management is required

Ability to build relationships across cultures

Excellent project management skills

Strong ability to deal with ambiguity

Excellent analytical skills
