Course Tutor for Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling
We are seeking a skilled Counselling Tutor to support and guide students throughout their two-year taught element of their training. Key responsibilities include planning engaging curriculum content, collaborating with colleagues, utilising online tools, and creating interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with students, effectively manage teaching modalities, facilitate group dynamics with empathy and respect, and prioritise the principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in every aspect of teaching.

This role requires a qualified Tutor to teach on our BACP and NCPS Accredited Course, working 52 days per annum, mostly during term time.
The Programme Lead oversees this position, which includes assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, organising tutorials, and maintaining accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, experience in teaching and mentoring, and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
Contract duration is 2 years, with the possibility of extension, and salary ranges from £28,987 to £36,677 pro rata depending on qualifications and experience.
