CRM Manager - £40,000 - London City Centre - Luxury Fashion Brand
In this role, you'll be solely responsible for heading up two partner brands within the wider company.

You will report directly to the Head of CRM and help to curate and develop these businesses within the fashion industry.

Some responsibilities include:

Work on increasing the top three tier loyalty segments, increasing active customers and reducing lapsing/lapsed rates.

You will have:

Previous CRM experience, preferably within the fashion/retail industry
Proven experience of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective targeted and automated campaigns. Experience in data segmentation and analysis.
Strong analytical and commercial understanding with the ability to work to deadlines across multiple brands in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and report clearly to stakeholders across the business
Excellent relationship building skills with crossfunctional teams
